Lilia Waikiki is a Fitwel certified multi-family residential project located within a short walking distance of famous Waikiki beach in Honolulu, Hawai`i.
Comprised of twenty-eight stories and a height of nearly three-hundred feet, the project creates more than 400 new rental units ranging in options from studios to penthouses.
I worked on this project while with Benjamin Woo Architects, and it was done in collaboration with the San Francisco office of Solomon Cordwell Buenz. The drawings were completed in Autodesk Revit.
