This facility provides laboratory spaces for nanostructure synthesis and interdisciplinary research, administration offices, and class 100-1000 cleanrooms for nanofabrication and processing. The building is designed to promote interaction between various academic disciplines to encourage collaboration and thus innovation.
The Nanoscale Research Facility is a key component that will lead the University of Florida to the forefront of this state-of-the-art research field.
